After a week of busy work, I finally moved my website domain name to xian6ge.cn today!
Since the beginning of this year, I am preparing to build a personal website, and have tried free .tk domain names, free space, and static space. I used to use it as a platform to practice. But recently I put my resume online, but it was always blocked by WeChat. And the .tk domain name is not very formal, giving people a very bad impression. Baidu does not include the .tk domain name. And it is said that the .tk domain will be reclaimed after the traffic has increased. Moreover, in the current domestic environment, it is inconvenient for the website to operate without approval. And finally on the eve of Teacher’s Day, I saw the Alibaba Cloud.top domain name promotion, ¥5/year. And see Tencent Cloud’s .cn domain name is cheaper than Alibaba Cloud. So under the impulse, I bought two domain names together and give approval them, and finally solved the problem within ¥200.
Because it was submitted for approval for the first time, many things are unfamiliar. However, after purchasing the domain name, I discovered that the ICP approval is for the server and not the domain name. However, the website is placed in a static space abroad, and seek help in an abject manner with the record number. Fortunately, Alibaba Cloud’s customer service is responsible for answering questions patiently. After a series of operations, such as submitting ID cards, pressing fingerprints and taking photos, I received the news that the two domain names could not be examined and approved at the same time. Finally, after a rush of trouble, this domain name received a good news of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Then, in the afternoon, it was a busy time. While supplementing the public security website for approval, I quickly submitted an application for review of the .top domain name. At the same time, improve the robots.txt, sitemap and other information. Move the site as soon as possible.
Although individuals began to build websites, the trend of personal webmasters has passed, and the self-media has been in the ascendant. A little meaning like “The water that has been frozen before it has cooled down, the soul that has melted without burning.” But compared to relying on the platform, personal websites are more free, no ads, and the cost is relatively low. I will still operate with my heart. The road is as solid as iron, and now we are moving forward. Replacing the paid top-level domain name is the second major change in the operation of the website, and it is another new beginning.
PS: luov.top is applying for approval, luov.tk will be migrated to luov.top as soon as possible after successful approval.
