In fact, I didn’t like sports before. I don’t like to sit in my seat . I like to go outside and look around , but I don’t like to exercise. Do not like high-intensity training, do not like sweating. To be honest, before I went to college, I couldn’t keep up even after running around. Until I was in college, I was able to run more than once in a row. Perhaps it was because the pressure on high school students did not try to exercise. Perhaps it was because I grew up, and I was able to adapt to the next round of exercise. But unfortunately , the physical requirements of adults are much more than that . The requirement for male college students in China is 1,000 meters/4:30 seconds pass.

In preparation for the post-graduate entrance examination , there are also classmates that insist on exercising together every day . In the postgraduate stage, I meet a roommate who are very powerful in scientific research, seniors who have a lot of experience in love, and of course, friend who are very good at long-distance running. So, I have always been in the direction of progress, especially when I feel that my stamina is not enough. I may not be able to reach their height, but I am very grateful to them and thank myself for allowing me not to fall too far behind.

Let’s go for a run . Actually , after attending a job , there is really no time to exercise . To have a healthy body, during college time is a rare time for fitness. Some people are surprised that I insist on running every night. Some people think I can’t keep going. So what? My uncle is also very fond of running, insisted on running a marathon and ran to the leg baffling pained. Once I did not understand him like my family. Do not understand his kind of running addictive behavior. Now I feel like I’m a bit obsessed with running. When I am happy, I can run and feel happy more.
